We all live in a busy world. Here are answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding auto collision repair estimates. Please call and we will be happy to guide you through the estimating process.
How many estimates do I need to get?
Some customers come in and say they were told to get three estimates. However, effective October 1, 2007, the Montana Legislature passed Senate Bill 204. This law states that you need only one estimate. You have the right to choose where you get that estimate done and also where you have the repairs completed.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
We are available for estimates Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm, no appointment necessary. However, many people have tight schedules so we are more than happy to set an appointment time for you.
Why can't I get an estimate over the phone?
Each vehicle is different and so is the damage. Often times there are broken pieces, parts and components that are not visible. When you bring your vehicle to us you can rest assured no details or hidden damages will be missed. There is never any charge for an estimate.
